CCA Sports is excited to now offer yoga classes! Our yoga classes will gather each week for a super social, fun and healthy hour long class. Whether you are looking for basic yoga for beginners or an all levels class we've got your covered!
New to yoga? This is the perfect place to start! Into to Yoga is designed to give beginners a solid foudnation in the practice of yoga. Learn the basic poses while you breathe yourself into a more relaxing state of mind in a fun, non-judgemental environment. This class will focus on safe and proper alignment while building body awareness to prepare you to confidently walk into any yoga class.
An engergetic flow consisting of basic yoga poses which which will help you build core strength and gain flexibility. Each class will work up to an apex pose - think fun and challenging balance poses like warrior 3, tripod or headstands - while remaining focused on safe body alignment. The apex poses will have options for those of all fitness and flexibility levels. A great cross traning option for any athlete!
