Starting on March 1, CCA and JackRabbit are excited to team up, helping you achieve your running and fitness goals in 2020 and beyond!

Join the CCA x JackRabbit Run Club for biweekly runs from JackRabbit's Broad Ripple store, with a third day from rotating locations. We will have pacers for 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00 pace per mile groups for our runs, including maintenance runs and workouts. Our head coach, assistant coaches and JackRabbit team will help tailor training plans to your specific fitness goals; whether for a social experience or achieving the race time you’ve been striving for.

The CCA x JackRabbit Run Club will be meeting each Monday and Wednesday at 7pm (6pm in winter months) and Saturdays at 8am. The main meeting location will be hosted at JackRabbit Broad Ripple (1079 Broad Ripple Avenue). However, the Saturday runs may designate an alternate meeting location to provide different courses for you to enjoy.

If you’re feeling sore after the runs, we will have physical therapists and chiropractors available after runs on select days to provide FREE injury screenings and deep tissue massages.  After all runs, stretching will be a key focus, as well as relaxation. There will be a social/happy hour at a location (TBD) where you can get together and have a drink or socialize with other runners in the club.

Runs will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. A coach and pacers will be present on Wednesdays and Saturdays to keep you motivated and moving. Wednesday will serve as a workout day, and Saturday will serve as a longer run depending on your individual running goals. Monday will be a recovery bonus meetup at JackRabbit.
