Get in on Indy’s most social and competitive adult flag football leagues! Play every week with teams of friends or sign up solo and we’ll place you. Whether you’re new to the sport or have played before, we’ve got a division for you and plenty of good competition and great vibes.

League Format
- 8-on-8 flag football — teams can have up to 8 players on the field at one time (unrestricted on gender). Recommended roster size is 12–14 players to ensure subs. No female players required with a first down given on two completions of five yards.

Skill Divisions
- Leagues are offered for all skill levels, from least competitive to most competitive:

- Beginner

- Recreational

Season Structure
- Regular Season: 6 weeks
- Post-Season Tournament: 1–2 weeks of single-elimination play

Weekly Play
- Teams play weekly games (details based on day/time of league schedule)

- Games follow flag football format — no contact, flags replace tackles — and more
