Join CCA Sports for the highest quality and most organized sand volleyball leagues in Indianapolis! With multiple nights of play and divisions for every skill level, sand volleyball is a great way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and be part of a fun, social league atmosphere.
Skill Levels
Leagues are offered for a variety of experience levels:
- Recreational
- Intermediate
- Competitive
Divisions are available on different nights throughout the week.
League Format – Six’s Volleyball
- Six players per team
- A minimum of 4 players is required to start a match
- Male-to-female ratio may not exceed 3:1
(For example, 4 males and 1 female is not permitted)
- Rally scoring, following indoor 6’s volleyball rules
Weekly Play
- Teams play for 1 hour each night
- Each match consists of 3 sets
- All sets are played to 21 points
- All games count toward the standings
Season Structure
- Regular Season: 6 weeks of play
- Post-Season Tournament: 1–2 weeks
- Single-elimination format
Signing up for the Sub List gives you the option to fill in for a night if a team requests players, or if there are multiple subs available, a team may be created for a night. You will receive an offer that must be accepted in order to sub. Once you have subbed, your registration will be moved back to not offered so that you are eligible again to sub in a future week.
