As Indy's largest organizer of adult flag football, we offer leagues year round at levels of play for everyone. Leagues in order of least competitive to most competitive are as follows; Beginner, Recreational, Intermediate, and Competitive.
This CCA flag football league is an 8-on-8 format, comprised of at least 3 women and up to 5 men. We recommend 12 to 14 players per team to ensure proper subs on a weekly basis, but there is no limit.

Team are made up of 4 to 8 players each Teams may consist of all males, all females, or coed. Each team will play two teams a week. Regular Seasons are 6 weeks of regular play with 1 to 2 weeks of tournament. All teams make the playoffs.

Unlike traditional CCA competition leagues, you won't be competing against other participants in Rock Climbing. Instead, you will take part in training sessions with instructors, with a goal of improving your own climbing ability and the opportunity to meet new people.
If you have never tried Rock Climbing, the Beginner class will give you a great introduction to the sport in a safe and controlled environment. If you have climbed a bit, but need to brush up on the basic skills, you'll also benefit from this class.

Regular season play is 6 weeks with an additional two week tournament. Winter indoor leagues are 5 weeks with a one week tournament.
The format is regular Cornhole: Teams of two compete against one another in cancellation scoring up to 21.
Teams can be comprised of guys, girls or be co-ed.
Teams will play for one hour each night and rotate in pool play. Teams will be matched against other teams in the pool and will play multiple opponents throughout the hour.

CCA Dodgeball is a fun and fast-paced co-ed team sport. You'll need a minimum of 10 players on your roster. During gameplay, a maximum of eight players are on the court at a time with a minimum of 3 girls playing at any time.
Games are played on indoor basketball courts. We use soft skin dodgeballs because they are easy to grip and throw hard, yet are very soft on impact.
Beginner/Social division is for teams looking to have a fun time in a less competitive environment.
Recreational division is for teams with a more competitive mindset or past experience playing in dodgeball leagues.
